In 2002, at twenty four, Lesley established a salon known today as Canvas in the rear of a hair studio in Rozelle. In 2004 she moved the salon to a timeless terrace to follow her vision; to create an iconic salon and provide a place in inner Sydney that people could step into to truly relax and feel rejuvenated while being treated to the best in beauty.
Three children later and with the most wonderful, experienced and professional staff, 2020 rolled around posing challenges none of us had ever faced before... however, with challenge comes opportunity. It gave her time to reflect on how the salon had matured and revitalise its look to incorporate their existing eighteen years of heritage and celebrate the salon it has become.
Katie has been a client of Canvas for over 15 years so with her personal experience and expertise backed by the rest of the team at team scope, their new brand identity has come to life to clearly share their vision.
